Key Duties:
- Document control/scanning/filing
- Data entry
- Dealing with invoice/accounts queries
- Allocating client receipts from bank statements / credit card
- Monthly /quarterly reconciliations
- Timely banking of cheque and cash receipts
- Take card payments from clients over telephone
- Credit Control
- Handling client correspondence and managing email inboxes
- Preparing reports for the team and ensuring data is readily available
Key Skills/Attributes:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word and Excel in particular.
- Previous experience of working in an office administration/business support environment.
- Customer service.
- React quickly to business needs
- Deal with any issues in a non-defeatist and optimistic manner
