Part Time Receptionist - Inverness
A Local family run Garage is looking for a Part time (20 hours a week) Receptionist to join their friendly Service Reception and Admin team.
The successful candidate will work Monday, Tuesday & Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm but some flexibility can be shown. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, have great attention to detail and have experience of working in a busy reception environment
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting customers as they enter the business with a warm and professional welcome
- Answering the phone and taking detailed messages
- Raising and filing invoices (training will be given)
- Complete various other administration tasks
Skills:
- Experience of working in a busy reception
- Passionate about delivering great customer service
- Previous admin experience
- Great organisation skills
