Full time office administrator required for busy quarry office and weighbridge.
Key Responsibilities Include:
> Day to Day General office administration
> Taking and placing orders with customers and suppliers over phone and email
> Operate Weighbridge (training will be provided)
> Generating and receiving invoices
> Accounts payable and receivable for site related items
> Organisation of supply chain and logistics for quarry operation
> Communication and co-ordination with site and management team
Skills/Experience:
> Administration/accounting experience
> Good telephone manner
> Experience within quarrying or construction would be an advantage
